The Christie & Wincomn Product Experience Event in Beijing came to a successful conclusion
On October 24th, the four-day Christie & Wincomn Product Experience Event in the North (Beijing) came to a successful conclusion. Ham Kim, Vice President of Sales for Christie Asia-Pacific, and the Christie China team attended this experience event and, together with the industry colleagues present, experienced a variety of exciting activities.
At the opening ceremony , Tony Chen , the general manager of Wincomn, extended a warm welcome to all the customers present. He stated that this experience event marks the beginning of another round of in-depth cooperation betweenChristie and Wincomn. This experience event is divided into eight new product displays of Christie and multiple immersive project experiences in the Wincomn exhibition hall.
Project 1:
The world's brightest RGB pure laser projector, 50,000 lumens, breaking the brightness mark.
The most eye-catching product on the spot was undoubtedly the Griffyn 4K50-RGB 3DLP projector from Christie. Once launched, this projector immediately became the focus of the market with its ultra-high brightness of 50,000 lumens. And it will bring a stunning visual feast at two major electronic and technological music events, "Brazilian Time Vortex" and "Saturn Illusion", in Sao Paulo, Brazil, the 2025 Osaka World Expo in Japan, and the Tiruwaruwar Statue Light and Music Show in Tamil Nadu, India.
At the experience event, the high-end product performance of Griffyn 4K50-RGB was presented to customers through a projection show.
The Griffyn 4K50-RGB laser projector can illuminate various surfaces with a brightness of 50,000 lumens, and its operating noise at full brightness is only 55 decibels, making it lighter and brighter among projectors of the same category. Griffyn 4K50-RGB is designed to present rich and bright colors, meeting the high requirements of large venues for ground and air projections and creating an extraordinary visual experience.
Project 2:
3D Mapping architectural projection show, Christie M 4K+25 RGB color doubles, effect doubles.
The 3D ancient architectural sculpture projection on site also won the admiration of the on-site customers with its exquisite picture effect. This projection show was performed by the M 4K+25 RGB projector, which is equipped with advanced innovative RGB pure laser technology based on the new TruLife+™ electronic platform, 4K UHD+ resolution, Supporting electronic color convergence (ECC), with a brightness performance of 25,300 lumens, compact in size and rich in functional configuration, it sets a new height for Christie 3DLP RGB pure laser projection technology. The M 4K+25 RGB projector not only has extremely low operating noise, but also doubles its brightness and color performance.
Project 3:
Christie's latest masterpiece, RGB pure laser projectors, pure laser, high performance, truly outstanding.
In addition to the Griffyn 4K50-RGB, the world's brightest 3DLP laser projector with 50,000 lumens mentioned above, another projector in the Griffyn series is the Griffyn 4K35-RGB with 36,500 lumens, which presented a very impressive projection show on site.
The Griffyn 4K35-RGB is compact in size yet powerful in function, featuring an extremely wide color gamut that delivers a superior viewing experience. Among projectors with a brightness exceeding 30,000 lumens, the Griffyn stands out with its pure laser light source. It is dedicated to creating exquisite and refined visual effects, capable of leading viewers into a brand-new, vibrant world.
In the 30th anniversary castle projection show of Hong Kong Disneyland in 2025, Griffyn 4K35 - RGB presented a breathtakingly magical scene for this projection show.
Project 4:
The ancient building projection show of Jinfulou, with Christie Jazz series projectors presenting the original media content created by Wincomn.
The original media content designed by Wincomn for the projection show of Jinfulou in Taiping Ancient Town accurately captured the essence and spirit of Quanjiao's history and culture. The film, which is both story-driven, innovative and rich in historical background, has won the appreciation of users and tourists. At the same time, Wincomn has successfully completed the design and implementation of the projection system. At the event site, Wincomn used a scale model to precisely reproduce the actual presentation effect of the projection show. The projection used in this event was a 1DLP Christie DWU1800-JS projector.
The Christie DWU1800 - JS is an exceptionally lightweight projector that delivers 17,800 lumens of brightness, vivid colors, deep blacks, and dynamic contrast up to 25,000:1, allowing for a clear perception of the depth and detail of architectural projections. With its compact design and quiet operation, this projector is easy to operate and install, and can be flexibly adapted to different spatial structures.
Project 5:
The Mapping Show of the Irregular-shaped Building, Christie's high-brightness and lightweight laser projectors present Wincomn's original IP "Legend of the Immortal Mansion" in an astonishing way.
"Legend of the Immortal Mansion" is an original IP source carefully crafted by Wincomn. It is a theme film designed specifically for the irregular-shaped buildings in the scenic area. The original intention of its creation is to add unique appeal to the scenic spots and attractions with an imaginative original mythological story, and to bring a brand-new fun experience to the visitors.
In this project, the selected product is Christie 1DLP projector DWU23-HS. This projector has a brightness of up to 25,050 lumens and uses a long-lasting and reliable laser light source. It is an extremely cost-effective choice for high-usage scenarios.
Project 6:
4K active stereoscopic display, Christie M 4K15 RGB, upgraded performance, durable and sturdy.
4K active stereoscopic display is a highly complex exhibition item. It can open an unlimited number of Windows, with no limit on display size or resolution. It can also display both 3D and 2D simultaneously, with no limit on the number. This system can simultaneously meet multiple demands such as simulation, display and monitoring.
The product used in the project is the Christie 3DLP projector M 4K15 RGB. This projector is equipped with innovative cutting-edge RGB pure laser technology, electronic color convergence technology (ECC), and an intelligent lens system. It is also equipped with the advanced TruLife+™ electronic platform. The proprietary precise pixel panning technology can significantly increase the frame rate. The frame rate of 2D and 3D formats at 4K UHD resolution can reach up to 120Hz, the brightness can reach 15,750 lumens, it can operate silently, and the brightness and color performance are doubled and upgraded.
Project 7:
Dynamic dome cinema, original“Classic of Mountains and Rivers” theme film sources from Wincomn, ultra-immersive visual experience, more thrilling experience.
The dynamic dome cinema is a cinema product independently developed by Wincomn. The film shown in the cinema is the original “Classic of Mountains and Rivers” themed source "the Wonderland" by Wincomn. With its 6K 30 frames per second picture, it presents customers with an ultra-immersive visual feast. The interactive effects brought by the dynamic seats complement the magnificent and diverse scenes of the“Classic of Mountains and Rivers”. A mysterious and beautiful world unfolds before the client's eyes like a scroll, making this immersive experience even more thrilling and unforgettable.
9 Christie 1DLP laser projectors DWU850-GS are used in the dome cinema. They have a brightness of 8,400 lumens, adopt a laser fluorescence lighting system with a lifespan of 20,000 hours, support 24-hour continuous operation, are equipped with the BoldColor color engine and geometric correction function, and support multi-machine color synchronization and curved surface fusion projection. Low-noise operation is highly suitable for immersive experience projects.
Project 8:
Immersive experience of the flying dome screen, original film sources, brand-new stories, unique style.
The flying dome cinema is an integrated product launched by Wincomn. It is paired with the original 6K 60fps source "Alien Adventure", as if opening a mysterious door to a fantasy world for customers, leading them on a thrilling and immersive "flight" journey.
In this project, Wincomn also selected 4 Christie DWU850-GS projectors. The addition of this projector endows the entire experience with dazzling colors and breathtaking visual effects.
Immersive Experience of Wincomn Exhibition Hall:
In addition to the dynamic dome cinema and architectural projection mentioned above, customers also experienced the immersive interactive space, L-shaped immersive virtual reality collaborative working system, and compact CAVE in the Wioncomn exhibition hall. They visited the new generation of flight simulators, transparent displays, and demonstrations of the new generation of LED technologies and applications.
