On November 11th, Christie and Wincomn held a technical training session on projectors. This training focused on three products: the Griffyn series, the M 4K RGB series, and the Sapphire 4K40-RGBH. It provided in-depth Q&A sessions and on-site disassembly explanations and teaching on their main functions, working principles, maintenance and repair, etc.

The first event to be held was the sharing of the functional features and advantages of these three projectors. Sheng Xiaoqiang, the senior technical manager of Christie, gave a detailed explanation of the functional features and product highlights of each projector. He emphasized that RGB light sources can bring a more superior visual experience. In terms of clarity, contrast, color reproduction and overall visual presentation, it demonstrates outstanding performance, which can create more attractive picture effects, ensuring superior visual enjoyment for the audience and perfect presentation of the played content.
He proposed that when dealing with customers with diverse needs, the differentiated features of Christie projectors should be combined to make reasonable product recommendations, so as to more effectively assist customers in selecting projectors that meet their needs and create higher-quality projects.

In the after-sales and maintenance training section, the technicians from Christie adopted a combination of courseware explanations and on-site disassembly teaching during the training process, conducting a comprehensive and detailed training activity. They conducted on-site disassembly demonstrations and explanations for different models of projector equipment, enabling every Wincomn engineer to closely connect the knowledge learned in the training with actual products, thereby mastering the training content more solidly and enhancing their ability to solve practical problems.
Through this training, the colleagues of Wincomn have gained a more in-depth and thorough understanding of Christie projectors. At the same time, a comprehensive and thorough understanding has been gained of the technical requirements and key points of difficulty for the actual application of Christie projectors in the future. This can help customers select products that better fit their projects during the design stage and reasonably avoid potential risks in advance during the engineering implementation process. This training can also enhance the emergency maintenance and repair capabilities of Wincomn technicians, enabling them to carry out quick and emergency repairs on-site, ensuring that the daily operation of the property owners is not affected, which is of great significance for the subsequent work.
