Position: Senior Pre-sales/Post-sales Technical Support Engineer (LED & AV System Integration)
Location: Hong Kong
Job Responsibilities:
1. Pre-sales/Post-sales Technical Support
- Understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions, system designs and technical consultation for LED/projection display systems and AV systems.
- Prepare technical tender documents, system diagrams, equipment lists, and cost estimates, with a solid understanding of tendering procedures.
- Assist with technical presentations, product demonstrations and on-site surveys to deliver customized solutions.
- Proficient in tools including AutoCAD/MS Visio, Gantt chart and MS Project; PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Support design and project management, assist in project planning, progress tracking, and risk management.
- Take charge of equipment installation, commissioning and system acceptance.
- Capable of working independently to handle post-sales technical issues, troubleshooting, and deliver maintenance services.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Candidates must be Hong Kong permanent residents.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in the LED display industry, familiar with major brands such as Leyard, Unilumin, Ledman.
- Proficient in LED control systems (Novastar and Colorlight) and their configuration and commissioning software.
- Good understanding of projection technologies (Laser/3LCD/LcoS) as well as related AV equipment such as processors, matrix swichers, and control systems (Crestron/AMX).
- Communication skills: Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Madarin, able to explain technical solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical customers.
