Wincomnhas carried out the detailed design of projection optical path, the integration installation and debugging of video and audio system for the project.

After taking the rail car, through a period of dark driving, the tourists instantly enter the bright and bustling tropical rainforest. The perfect ecological environment makes people immerse and marvel. Then the scene changes, and fierce animals fight; after that, the tourists enter the canyon, where the waves are surging around, and the dangerous water rafting is not over, the exploration vehicle suddenly fails, the mountains and the earth shatter, and the signs of danger appearing everywhere.

The whole adventure process is closely linked. The wonderful images and props, combined with various special effects, make the tourists seem to be in the picture. It is difficult to distinguish the real from the fiction for a moment. The experience is extremely exciting.

The projection part of the dark ride is completed by dozens of laser projectors, giant three-dimensional hyperbolic screen, soft screen, stone Buddha sculpture mapping. Wincomn is responsible for the in-depth design of the projection light path, creating a strong sense of spatial immersion.

The screen in the tunnel is packaged in different scenes. Wincomn has participated in the communication and testing work in the production process of the special-shaped projection film source. After 20 times of repeated testing and debugging, the screen and screen are accurately matched, and the projection and scene are perfectly integrated, and the effect is more real.

Many double curved screens and soft screens are used in the whole dark ride, among which the largest one is 21 m * 8 M. this kind of huge screen is very rare in the dark riding project. Four 30000 lumen projectors are used to complete the passive stereoscopic projection for a single curtain.Through multiple 7thSense lossless and uncompressed servers, Wincomn has completed the screen fusion and heteromorphic correction, ensuring the synchronization of multi-channel image, audio and sound effects of the corresponding two hyperbolic screens. At the same time, the lossless play also ensures that the animal hair in the picture is fine and the natural scene is more realistic.

In addition to the curtain projection, there are also many tunnel wall projections in the project. Among them, the mapping projection of the stone Buddha sculpture is completed by 20000 lumen projectors, and the 7thSense lossless compression server has completed the correction and fusion of the abnormal projection of the Buddha statue.

All projection, audio, sound effects, lights and rail trains in the six scenes of the whole dark ride are controlled by Alcorn entertainment broadcast control system, which ensures the mutual cooperation of the systems according to the time frame, so that hundreds of performances per day can be carried out accurately.

In addition, the various scenes in the whole project are also very real. With the change and advancement of the story, there will be corresponding animal, plant and other model props in each scene to echo the plot before and after. The projection screen and the props set are connected in series to form a complete and grand story picture.

In the process of project construction, Wincomn's technicians overcame the difficulties of harsh installation angle and tunnel construction environment, and successfully completed the stable installation of all equipment, as well as the reinforcement of waterproof, moisture-proof and shockproof protective measures.
